MATERIAL SELECTION
Quality begins at leather selection. We inspect hides for uniform grain, thickness consistency, tensile strength, and color matching across garment panels. We work with full-grain cowhide, drum-dyed goat skin, sheep napa, and heavy split leather for safety products.
PATTERN CUTTING
Master cutters carefully lay out pattern templates to avoid natural hide flaws while maximizing leather stretch orientation. Precise panel cutting ensures balanced drape and comfortable garment fitting.
INDUSTRIAL STITCHING & ASSEMBLY
Garments are assembled using heavy-duty bonded nylon or polyester threading. High-stress zones on motorbike jackets and suits feature double or triple safety stitching for maximum seam strength.
QUALITY INSPECTION & PACKAGING
Each completed item undergoes inspection for seam integrity, zipper operation, lining tightness, and clean surface finish. Approved items are steam-conditioned, folded, polybagged, and packed in master export cartons.
